My approach
My background in Nutritional Therapy, Lingual-Neuro testing, and Life Coaching combined with years of personal experience with healing my eating disorders has allowed for a unique, in-depth philosophy around how to interact with food and fully nourish oneself.

Healing your relationship with food and your body gives you back the time, energy, and mental space for other things in life. I help my clients remember that they are deeply capable, dynamic human beings. I guide them in letting go of toxic food habits that distract them from the more meaningful life they are meant to live.

Disordered eating can be expressed in many ways, but it typically has the same root cause. I use the same approach with each person based in identifying the beliefs and systems that lead to the behavior, intuitive eating principals, and lingual-neuro testing.

I welcome all feelings that come with being human and having a body. I guide my clients though healing negative body image though self-care, and seeing our body as a home and a resource, rather than an object that needs fixing or ignoring.
