MY STORY

As a nutritional therapist, I found myself hitting a wall when working exclusively with clients through a dietary lens. Helping them make lasting changes to their diet and lifestyle was more complex than simply providing them with "the answers" and expecting them to follow through effortlessly.

I realized that simply giving dietary advice wasn't enough.

I personally have struggled with disordered eating for two decades before I made peace with food. I was living in a self imposed prison that most of my friends and family were completely unaware of.

Food felt like something I needed to conquer.

While I feared weight gain for most of my life, my disordered eating changed its disguise to being health-obsessed. I became what I ate, and not much more.

My world became small as my eating disorder took over my life.

I tried going to OA (Overeaters Anonymous). The meetings were filled with loving people, but the program's emphasis on managing my supposed "food addiction" through a written food plan didn't feel like the way to truly heal.

Eventually, I realized that true health and wellness was about more than just what I ate.

Once I did the work and healed my relationship with food and my body, I was able to finally physically heal from long-running illnesses. To my surprise, I even lost weight without caring about it or trying to.

Food is a powerful medicine, but it's only one piece of the puzzle.

Now it’s my passion to help people rewrite their toxic food narrative and embrace a more dynamic approach to wellness that nourishes the body, mind, and soul.

Is my approach

is right for you?
